Once payment has been processed we will then ship the product to the address provided. We strongly urge you review all the information on the confirmation to ensure the correct product; price and shipping address are present.
All prices are subject to change. Prices listed do not include tax or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for applicable tax and shipping charges, which will be charged at the time of checkout.
Items are typically shipped at the end of each week of which your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent along with a tracking number. In the event of a backorder, a notification will be sent to the email address provided in the order. Shipping charges are based on contiguous United States. International orders will be quoted and charged accordingly. International orders are also subject to duties and handling charges. Some national laws may prohibit the importation and exportation of certain goods. Please ensure you can receive delivery of our product before placing the order so as to avoid additional expenses, penalties and disappointment.
We are not responsible for shipping errors resulting from incorrect information entered on the order. Please verify all information on your order before completion. Failure to deliver, returns and address change fees will be charged to you, unless the error was on our end.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCT
All our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping and should arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that there is a damage, defect or an item is missing, you must report to problem to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Damaged or defective items must be returned unused, with tags attached and in their original package. Repair or replacement will be sent out upon return of damaged/defective items. Missing items will be shipped out immediately upon receipt of notice.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase and wish to exchange the item, please contact us at Kristina@KristinaAshley.com to obtain an authorization. Product is to be returned unused with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Items returned without prior authorization and/or with signs of use or missing tags may not qualify for an exchange or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All qualified returns will receive credit issued to your card within 5 – 7 business days from receipt of the return.
While we accept exchanges, please note that the replacement item does not ship until the returned item is received.
All Kristina Ashley products & Garments are of superior quality. Garments are made up of Lycra, printed Lycra, Jersey, crochets & Micro fiber materials. Kristina Ashley asks that our customers follow the proper care instructions below to protect your garments for long lasting use.

· Do not bleach
The care instructions are also listed on all Kristina Ashley care labels, which are attached to every garment. No refund or exchange will be given on items that have not been cared for in the correct way. All items are checked for flaws and signed off before sending out to the customer.
